1. Chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, brain injury, sequelae of brain trauma, sea and air operations, and vomiting caused by drugs.
2. Symptomatic treatment of nausea and vomiting in acute gastroenteritis, biliary tract pancreas, uremia and other diseases.
3. Before diagnostic duodenal intubation is helpful for smooth intubation; gastrointestinal barium X-ray examination can reduce nausea and vomiting and promote the passage of barium.

[usage and dosage]
Intramuscular or i. v.
1. Adults, 10-20mg at a time, with a daily dose not exceeding 0.5mg / kg.
2 Children, 0.1mg / kg once under 6 years and 2. 5 - 5mg once aged 6 - 14.
3. In the case of renal insufficiency, the dose is halved.

[untoward effect]
1. The more common adverse reactions are: drowsiness, restlessness, fatigue and weakness.
2. Rare reactions include: breast swelling, nausea, constipation, rash, diarrhea, sleep disturbance, dizziness, severe thirst, headache, and easy excitement.
3. Milk was increased during the medication, due to the stimulation of prolactin.

1. The following conditions are prohibited: allergic to procaine or procainine. The frequency and severity of seizures can be increased by medication. Gastrointestinal bleeding, mechanical intestinal obstruction or perforation, can be used to increase the gastrointestinal power, disease aggravation. Pheochromocytoma can be hypertensive crisis.

2. Aldosterone and serum prolactin concentrations can be increased by the use of metoclopramide.
3. The dose must be reduced at least by 60% in patients with severe renal insufficiency, who are prone to extrapyramidal symptoms.
4. Intravenous injection of metoclopomide should be slow. After 1-2 minutes of injection, rapid administration can cause restless movement and then enter drowsiness.
5. Because this product can reduce the oral bioavailability of cimetidine, if the two drugs must be used together, the interval should be at least 1 hour.
6. This product becomes yellow or yellow brown in light, the toxicity increases.
