It is used for ricettsiosis, mycoplasma infection, chlamydia infection, return fever, brucellosis, cholera, rabbit fever, plague, soft fever, and plague treatment in combination with aminoglycosides; but also for skin surface infections of conjunctivitis, blepharitis, keratitis, trachoma, etc. of sensitive pathogens or by Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria.

[usage and dosage]

1. Adult dose: 250-500mg once, once every 6 hours.

[untoward effect]
1. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort, abdominal distension, diarrhea, etc.
2. Abnormal reaction: mostly maculopapular and erythema, a few patients may appear urticaria, angionervous edema, allergic purpura, pericarditis and systemic lupus erythematosus rash aggravation, epidermal peeling dermatitis is not common.
3. Hematological system: occasionally can cause hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia and acidophilocytopenia.
4. Central nervous system: occasionally can cause benign intracranial pressure increase, can be manifested as headache, vomiting, optic nerve papilloedema, etc.
5. Nephrotoxicity: Patients with previously significant renal impairment may experience increased azacentraemia, hyperphosphataemia, and acidosis.

1. Cross-allergic reaction: People who are allergic to a tetracycline drug can be allergic to this product.
2. Interference to diagnosis: When determining the concentration of urinary catecholamine (Hingerty method), the measurement results can be high due to the interference of the product to fluorescence. This product can increase the determination value of alkaline phosphatase, blood urea nitrogen, serum amylase, serum bilirubin, serum amino transferase (AST, ALT).
3. Long-term medication should be regularly checked for blood routine and liver and kidney function.
